April Brandon is an experienced Northern Colorado real estate agent and Broker Associate with LPT Realty. Based in Greeley, April helps buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with honest advice, clear communication, and personal attention.
Before entering real estate, April owned and operated a massage therapy practice for more than 25 years. That experience taught her how to listen closely, build lasting relationships, and understand what people truly need. She brings that same level of care and service to every real estate transaction. Whether she is helping a first-time buyer understand the process, preparing a home for the market, or guiding a client through an important life transition, April makes sure her clients feel informed, supported, and never pressured.
April believes buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction. It is the beginning of a new chapter. Her goal is to protect her clients’ interests, answer their questions honestly, and make the experience as smooth and manageable as possible.
When she is not helping clients, April enjoys Colorado’s outdoors, sports, the ocean, dolphins, and spending time with the people who matter most to her.
